Our "Hauspraline" - Mistlbacher praline:
Lightly whipped Orange cream, coated in hand-made chocolate.

The "Melker Taler":
A small and fine nougat speciality made from hand-made dark and milk chocolate.

"Original Melker Torte":
Finest chocolate-almond cake, filled and refined with fruity-fresh Wachauer apricot jam and coated in an exquisite couverture. Made according to a secret family recipe.

Babenberger praline:
Tender milk chocolate, filled with a light apricot and marzipan filling.

Since 2002, we have been able to create a special edition of chocolates. Made by hand with exquisite chocolate and special fillings.
