A heartfelt welcome!

Hospitality is an old tradition in Austria. As a family owned bakery and confectionary since more than 136 years and in the fourth generation, we like to fill this tradition with new life - whether by means of our service, which is a bit more personal, or our coffee house ambience, which is a bit more typical.

The smell of fresh bread and pastries lures already in the morning into our coffee shops. We invite you in Klein-Pöchlarn, Pöchlarn and Melk to linger, chat and enjoy. A visit to one of our coffee houses reveals sensual pleasures made from regional ingredients, which we transform into refined masterpieces by kneading, filling, rolling and cutting out.

For me, baking is not just a passion, but a piece or rather, a sense of home.
We like to preserve the traditional art of baking and have therefore been relying on traditional family recipes, quality and natural ingredients from the region for four generations.
This simplicity and originality is what we want to continue to orientate ourselves in the future and to pursue new, innovative paths.
