Who doesn´t love the wonderful smell of freshly baked bread? Every day we are rewarded with this incredible bouquet in our bakery. Baking bread takes time. Time that we take every morning, so that all natural ingredients can unfold perfectly. 

From bread rolls, pretzel sticks, farmer´s bread to classic sandwiches - our daily assortment is available in all our bakery branches. Do you actually know our Mistlbacher special offer bag? For us, baking is not just a passion, but a piece or rather, a sense of home. We like to preserve the traditional art of baking and have therefore been relying on traditional family recipes, quality and natural ingredients from the region for four generations. This simplicity and originality is what we want to continue to orientate ourselves in the future and to pursue new, innovative paths.
